I’ve been on and off the radar lately with things keeping me busy and travels in and around london as well as spain. All is good though, really enjoy the gigs lately, complementing with the heavy studio time we’re spending whilst finishing the exciting sessions we had over at METROPOLIS studios.
The new album keeps taking shape and exciting things are on the horizon, but in the meantime we have to carry on chipping away at creating a good buzz around the project.
Some recent TV and radio shows in spain have gone down amazing. We are currently putting up parts of the DVD of the ANTENA 3 recording both on the wensite and myspace. Some new songs to check out, and the band in great form!
breakfast in spitalfields and what do i know, has been featuring in main national radio stations too giving us some nice exposure. Work in progress as usual.
Over here in London, things are all about finishing the recordings, keeping the excitement and joy, whilst enjoying gigs such as the ones next week:
tueday 16th june: THE BEDFORD, 77 bedford hill, balham. 8.30pm. my good friend Lotte Mullan’s 25th birthday party….she’s got a few things to celebrate for sure!
sunday 21st: WESTMILL FARM FESTIVAL (WARE-hertfordshire)…hopefully out in the sun!!! quite a special place amidst the lakes, valleys and fields…in the shire!
Time ahead is looking good and crucial for moving things along.
The recordings are sounding special, the band are sweet as usual, and we all just keep plugging away…
Hello people!!! Still incredibly busy with the recording so just a quick post today to let you know that we’ve uploaded a couple of songs from the new album on MySpace!!!!! We don’t want to ruin the whole surprise just yet so they’re only teasers… I hope you like them… Any feedback is always welcome…
Though no one’s probably missed me that much, i have been totally missing from bloggin online world for some weeks now, as its been a pretty hectic transitional time for me. Moving flats in London town, setting up various issues for the future, tv shows in spain and of course work in progress with the new album, which is amazing to gradually see it grow, but one sees just how much effort is needed and how many obstacles arise!
One day it will sit beautifully in some decent CD collection of yours hopefully, but now all that just seems such a distant reality. The truth is recording and finishing albums requires time, time and some more time!
We feel strongly about the new songs coming through, (some of which we’ve been playing successfully in our live shows for over a year) but its all about logistics and the elements connecting. All I can say is that I’m lucky to be surrounded well enough by the right people to help me along the way and get this thing out there!
Changing times usually means changes in a dozen aspects of your life as is my case but I wont bore you with those, all I know is some decent new material is coming through as a result so bring it on!
Keep up to date with all the new gigs that are posted, as well as future ones to come, as we’ve been getting some tasty last minute ones, where we fill in some good slots in good venues. Our gigs lately mean a great boogie with beautiful women chanting random lines, but always good times!

Hey people! Long time no write! I’ve been very busy, which is great news but also gives me no time to write! Anyway, last week was extremely productive in Madrid, with a show at Antena 3 TV and a very cool gig at the Orange Cafe! It’s great to play at home every now and then… and if the crowd is vibing like this one, it’s even better… Here’s a little video from the show! Talk soon…
